POLICIES & ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Final name tag order for the year will be sent out on April 9. If you are missing a name tag, make sure you fill out the name tag replacement form before April 9th.
Supply Request Procedures:
UNIFORM REQUESTS
To make a supply request follow the steps below
STEP 1 - Submit your measurements on Measurements Form (If you have not done so this training year)
STEP 2 - Submit a ticket under Uniform Replacement for uniform parts that need to be replaced or issued.
STEP 3 - Wait for notification from the SupO for uniform pick up
NOTE:
Submit a ticket under Name Tag Replacement for a new name tag.
Drop-ins are currently not available.
QUICK REMINDERS:
The Supply Department does not issue out ranks or other badges (go to the Training Department for those).
Some items need to be ordered if we don't have that size - the most common sizes are the most rare for us to have in stock, since more people need them. Plan ahead several weeks before you'll need the part(s).
Name tags are ordered in one or two large orders per year (one in the fall, one in the spring, generally). Every cadet is issued one name tag, free of charge. You can also purchase replacements through the squadron, or through private third-party suppliers.
PICKING UP KIT?
To ensure smooth service for all, cadets and parents are asked to bear the following information in mind:
Uniform pickup is by appointment only, arranged with the Supply Officer
There is no parking or idling allowed within the Woodchester complex (no exceptions!)
Please park at the plaza just north of the Woodchester complex and walk over
